Testing, Typical Analysis and Certification
In November 2000 we were certified as an accredited bottler by the Australian Bottled Water Institute ( ABWI ) which is Australia 's leading spring water authority. To date, only a select few companies have been certified by the ABWI , which have the highest standards both in Australia and throughout the world.
ABWI standards and quality control far exceed the "Australian and New Zealand Food Code 8 Standard" which is the current requirement of spring water for the NSW Government Health Department.
Annual audit of the process, euquipment and records are carried out by ABWL, as well as unannounced spot checks.
In June 2002 we were awarded the honour of being a certified water supplier to the NSW Government.
In late 2005 our process was registered by the Biological Farmers of Australia as an Approved Product and in 2006 our factory and process were HACCAP certified.
Being a member of the ABWI , our spring water is tested at the Australian Government Laboratories every 12 months.
Our in-house laboratory tests the water daily as per ABWI guidelines to ensure premium quality water at all times.
Our spring water contains no bromate, which is a naturally occurring substance sometimes found in spring water. Bromate can react with the ozone used in the sanitising process, causing nausea and diarrhoea.
Our water is low in Sodium (salt)
